Birthday Lunch @ Chilli's

Last Wednesday me and my officemates having a birthday lunch at Chilli's, Mid Valley to celebrate Zieda's birthday. She turned 26th this year and she already had a husband and a one year old son. We were wearing green colour outfit (as per requested by the b'day gal)...=)

Sambal Tumis Udang / Sotong / Ikan Bilis



Bahan-bahan:

1 senduk cili boh / cili kering (dikisar)


1 sudu besar asam jawa (aku slalu guna Adabi tu)


1 cubit belacan (sebesar ibu jari)


½ biji bawang besar (dihiris)


3 sudu besar gula


½ sudu garam halus (masuk sket2 takut masin)


Segenggam ikan bilis / udang kertas (buang kepalanya) / sotong (dipotong2, buang segala dakwat, tulang belakang & mata die)





**ikut suke ko nk mkn ikan bilis ke udang ke atau sotong. Klu nk mkn berdua jer, msk sket jer la…






Cara membuatnya:



1.Tumiskan cili boh tu dlm 5 minit.


2.Masukkan belacan.


3.Gaulkan asam jawa dgn secawan air sket, pastu masukkan dlm kuali td (utk nmpk kuah sambal tu).


4.masukkan gula & garam. Pastu rasa kt lidah ko cukup x rasa masin & manis smbl tumis tu.


5.klu puas hati, masukkan ikan bilis @ udang @ sotong td. Gaul lg smpai masak.


6.masukan bwg besar yg dihiris td. Gaul lg..dh siap!
